Based on our knowledge of the market, we select suitable properties at an early stage on the basis of the purchase profiles available to us, thereby improving the decision-making basis for the subsequent purchase process.
Real estate sales
Our comprehensive network of investors with purchasing power creates the basis for finding the right buyer in every asset class and thus achieving prices in line with the market for the respective property. The excellent creditworthiness of our investors offers the seller side, above all, increased security and very rapid processing of the respective real estate transaction.
Consulting
In the field of real estate transactions, it is particularly important to have access to extensive experience and many years of market knowledge. The additional support of professional advice can be of decisive help in some critical areas to successfully conclude a transaction.
